No technical services, poor internet connection, no professionals

Internet and network issues have been unresolved for as long as I can remember,I have had no connection since and no technical assistance whatsoever, what the consultants know if for you to take out your sim card and put it back and when nothing happens they say they'll escalate it.. To where? India? yet when payment has to be done, they'll even cut off services, this rain is similar to government tenders and poor service delivery
