NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!!
Absolutely PATHETIC customer support.
I paid using pay@ on the 26th of May and then I was billed on the 4th of June. I contacted they're NON-EXISTENT "customer support" on their site and got an automated response with Ref No. that was followed by blank emails with no resolution or any form of assistance.
Then I tried contacting them through a phone call & it rings twice then drops. What ****es me off the most is that this is not the first time I'm billed incorrectly in the past 6 months and I'm absolutely sick of it.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR SERVICE WITH THIS ISP.
