NO SUPPORT?! Trying to cancel and get refund
Cancelled my rain mobile service and they still have the audacity to debit my card for a month where I didn't even use them. Support is virtually non-existent - you email or message them on social media, they respond but never get back to you again. There's no number to call so it's like sending messages to the void. Pathetic.
