No support service for a telecoms company - Rain

This review is not about their internet service technology, but about the support service - there is none!

As a telecommunications company one would expect support to be multifaceted in terms of communications (online, email, telecoms etc).

Unfortunately Rain does not have any support despite the fact that when one applies for support online we get a confirmation both on the web and an automated email saying that an agent will be in contact within 24-48 hours!

None, nix, and certainly no response despite three such requests.

I have cancelled my subscription but today’s have no acknowledgement or confirmation of this, so I am expecting a legal fight!
