No support service!!!!!
i have been logging tickets with you guys for over a month to attend to the problem with my 5G wifi router, to no avail.
i have sent another ticket this morning, reference ***, please advise!!!!!!!

07 Dec 2022, 08:06The router is not working, it has not been working for over a month. My daughter lent me her 5G router since then!!!!
I still didn't get the call from your logistics team to sort out this issue!!!! how much longer do I have to wait for this to be resolved????
My daughter mentioned to the consultant yesterday what the problem is!!! Don't you guys communicate to each other at all????
She is still waiting for the call from the logistics people!!!! They never called her yesterday!!!!
She also emailed the photos of my router that is damaged yesterday!!!
what is going on???!?!?!!?
