No Support & Ongoing Network Issues Since January

I have been struggling with rain’s network since January and the service has been very disappointing. I have tried many times to contact support but I get no response or no proper help. My network is always unreliable and it’s frustrating to keep paying for something that does not work properly. The lack of support is unacceptable and I need this issue to be resolved urgently.
