No support from Rain
Rain is the worst internet provider I have ever experienced. I have no wifi connection from last week Wednesday and it seems that their technicians are unable to fix the damaged tower. Try calling the call center and you will wait for hours without being attended to. I would strongly advise against using this service provider.
