No support from RAIN.

Ok, I had 2 weeks ago a problem with RAIN and still no respond from them even if you log a support ticket, (***) and the system only gives a certain tickets. Not even their management knows how their own system works. I am back now for an 8th attempt treid to get their attention (because their website is null and void) to purhase a new sim card and their system is not activating. That is whay I am doing the hellopeter again. Hope fully they will catch a wake-up and phone me. They want you to rate them but what do you rate if there is no service to rate?
