No support from Rain

I upgraded to rainone and on Thursday they delivered my sim for my phone. For some reason my internet was disconnected. I have phoned the call centre 3 times without receiving any help .I posted on their website no reply I posted on their Facebook page no reply. My complaint was escalated and a Bradley Pillay called me yesterday and he said he would sort it out. I haven't heard back from him since then. I also emailed him today and have not received a reply.I need the internet for work so this is a big problem for me . I am completely dissatisfied with rain as this is not the first time this has happened.
