No SUPPORT from Rain
Support ticket created a week ago and no contact - Rain only send messages asking for early payment of subscription BUT NEVER sorts out longstanding problems - What is there to do ?

21 Dec 2025, 17:53Rain rep**** that they would make further contact ... No contact made .... Support ticket still outstanding .... No 5g connection to primary site for past 3 months ... No internet... Support ticket was to assist on primary site connection constantly going down .... Secondary site is terrible... No support no connection and no replies.... My constant complaining falls on deaf ears
