No support from RAIN
This service and support is very bad not recommended. The normal citizen is used to get service or response from the service provider with in 30 min to 180 min. They most probable working on 30 to 180 days. Hopefully not months. Still not resolved my problem for 3 months now. I would like to talk to their CEO to know what he is thinking the system he approved for his customers? The system is so restricted you can't even do an EFT payment or update certain details. The only way sometimes you get feedback from RAIN is when you post something on Hellopeter.

It is Sad that you can communicate only through Hellopeter to RAIN. Their support people don't come back to you. There are no reason for them to offline during normal business hours. But they only if respond either a Monday or a Friday. No response even on mails. Just you got a ticket and that is automated from the website. Another week went and still waiting for their response to solve my problem. Hope they respond to Hellopeter.
