No support from Rain

Recently i noticed that Rain customer support has not been answering any ticket of mine this is starting to become anoying because their service has gone down very bad even with the upgrade they offered for 3 months the whole connection is extremly unstable i have been trying to get support for so many weeks no ticket is being answered at all is like find waldo find Rain support
