no support for customers

i ordered ,paid and received a 5G device after being told i have coverage in my area.Have been trying to get in touch with rain for 3 days (the same amount of time it took to get my device delivered at my house from the ordering date ) .still haven't gotten an email or call from them to activate my sim/device
