No support

There's no way of getting hold of their technical support. You write an online review and they call you at their own time to sort out the problem you had 3 days ago. It's impossible getting the problem fixed right there and then, so frustrating. Currently do not have internet and there's no onet assist me, can only send emails to their help desk
