No support & Bad network

I checked coverage before purchasing a rain sim card, after activation, the speed is pathetic, i only get 0.4mbps download, tried calling their support line and everyone is off from work, logged a query on their website and no feedback or support received. Luckily the contracts are month to month, and if no resolution received asap, will be forced to cancel, and i should not be billed for this month as no one can use a sim with 0.4mb speed.
