No support, bad connection.
I'm paying R1000 for internet in Fourways but getting speeds of 1MB per second. Unbelievable. I want a refund because this is not what I was promised when buying the product. No support at all they just tell you to restart that device everytime, as if I don't know how to troubleshoot a router. Mind you there is a tower less than 2km away from me.
