No support and no idea what they are doing

@rainsouthafrica has the most disgusting service ever. I have been without connectivity at hom for 16 days now. I've dealt with Rosina, Frans Ledwaba, Marvin, Earl and Deborah. I have been **** to, driven to other towers. No feedback for a week now!! Shocking!!
