No support after 24 hours
The call center is still like talking to a wall. I made a request 24 hours ago, followed up five times, and now I have sadly had to bring my request here because I know this is the best and sometimes only place to get support from Rain.
In this case, it seems that they don't even want the money I am offering in the request. lol
