No support

Been holding for the past week almost 4 hours on a phone to try and get a hold of customer service I want to change my pay date as our pay date have been changed at work. But no answer after 4 hours I've been submitting tickets for the past week but no answer. Not even a call back or email. The internet itself is great but customer service or to sort out a problem is the worst experience, u struggle to get a hold of them on their number.
