No support

We were informed about the good quality WiFi services. We bought a sim card from them, but with the rica we experience problems because we are living in an area with no street names. I phone the support line from Monday morning and they said they will phone us back. That is what they say each day till now nobody phone us back. We paid them already but stil no support or WiFi
