No support

I don't often have issues with then but when there is a problem, getting support is almost impossible. They are very quick to contact you tge day before payment is due, threatening to disconnect you pending payment but when clients have issues or queries there's no response except the automated email or text stating they have received your query and will be in touch - then they don't get in touch.
