No such thing as subscription free!!!
They claim to be subscription free, but trying to get them to cancel and collect their router is frustrating and annoying. Their so called customer service doesn't answer calls, they don't call back even when you leave details!!! Been trying to get them to collect their router so they can leave me alone and have had ZERO luck!!!
