NO STARS TO NO SERVICE RAIN
NO STAR TO Rain!!!! 5days without internet. No internet access and still show I am overdue. Got a mail stating my account is up to date. But still no internet and their App states I am overdue....... Ask them to phone me as I don't have data to access e-mails...... Still nothing. RAIN is a NO SERVICE TO PAYING CLIENTS

22 Feb 2021, 17:57No contact from any consultant. I did sent a mail to RAIN CEO Willem, Tess, Tania and Malvinn. Tess phoned meet within minutes of my mail. I will deal directly with Tess as the call center obviously are not competent
