NO STAR RATING TO RAIN
NO star rating to RAIN. the one star is forced by your system. I paid my WIFI with Rain. They suspend my services notifying me that my account is overdue. After about 20 queries and submitting proof of bank statement showing payment my WIFI is still off. I even received a mail stating that my WIFI will be activated till you wake up to sort out their incompetency - SUPRICE........WIFI still off

It seems you are connected to a site that is 30km from your location." What the hell does this have to do with the fact that I paid for my WIFI and you blocked it????? I can use my WIFI where ever I want to

REALLY why cant you appoint competent people??????? MY SERVICE IS SUSPENDED AND THE APP STILL SHOWS I AM OVERDUE. The only option is to refer this to the Stakeholders of RAIN.
