No singnal

This is my 2nd post for rain in less then 4 days .maxine called me and told me everything is working well and cannot understand why the internet connection is so slow. Guys i cannot work on the internet i paid r479 for a service i cannot use that unfair. I am emailing maxine regards to my speedtest she not responding to any updates .
