No Sims after 10 months, called, sent support messages, have references, nothing....

It's been 10 months, asking for my 2 sim cards, sent messages and called call centre, have references, they promise to send it but don't, useless service.

They contacted me 7 times in 1 night when my family is looking to sign up yesterday, yest after sales service is horrible, I'm with rain for over 4 years and being treated like ****.
