NO SIGNAL RAIN, NO CALL BACK RAIN, BUT PAYMENTS IS ON TIME

The best part of Rain is the debit order goes of on time but there is no customer service I have no signal for the last 5 day, calls have been logged, but nobody is their to call back and find out what the problem is. it's like paying rent for the month but some days you are lock out of your house. It's good money wasted on a bad service. Rain is my backup service provider for Vodacom, now their is no Vodacom and no Rain. Thanks to FNB Connect I still have inter net, so I can carry on. The end of the month please do not ask me why your payment was rejected
