No signal on the router
No internet/signal on the router since yesterday, I've tried to reboot the router with no avail

29 Sept 2025, 11:24No internet for 6 hours and they expect you to pay on time, while their network sucks. I'll be reviewing the new contract for the new month...tired of this network, really.

30 Sept 2025, 07:59No internet for more than 24 hours and the agent I'm still waiting a call back yet, I can't study without the WiFi now I have resorted to other measures but when it's pay day, you get paid up no complaints from our side... Horrible service and yet we are to pay for your service!! All the time, so disappointed and annoyed.
