No signal, no service , no communication it's a ****

Does not work , no reply or calls or communication from them at all all is automated replies saying they are busy . Chat gives you a email then a message to rate there service . But no service no signal no nothing . Calls don't get picked up . I can't get any help from any living person . Seems to be a **** .
