No signal from July

This is the worst ever after emais and calls as from July still signal all they do is send tickets and a consultant will phone back if they do they promise to log it 1 consultant told me on 13 august just look for another provider Rain employees dont even trust them. I want my money back just as soon as they can take it im going to cancel this ****. Cornelis
