No signal

I joined Rain 23/04/2025 and since then I have problems with the signal . After hundreds of calls the problem is still not resolved. I went to one of the Rain outlets near me and the lady said it's the router that is faulty and so we changed it to the 101pro package but now we only receive 4G and not 5G and the problem is even worse. Every time u phone them they say that they will escalate the problem and someone will call u back but nothing no one not even a supervisor have the courage to phone u back . All I want is for them is to change my coverage to 5G. I tried to change is on the router but after a few minutes it changes back to 4G.
