No signal

Received my router from Rain and it was so dirty, I understand we are provided with used Routers but can they clean it ? Furthermore, please don’t purchase Rain because the connectivity is so weak. I don’t understand how because before you purchase you insert your address in order to see whether you have coverage. Wow I need to work from home, what a mess.
