No signal

It’s been almost 24hrs since I logged a query with regards of not having Signal. Iv moved from Craigovan to Lonehill both suburbs in Fourways. With finer but Rain just lost signal.. Permanently!! Iv been calling and emailing but still waiting for Wifi connection. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating for a person that works from home. Urgently assist.
