No services from rain

On the 19th of June I wrote to HP regarding poor service and no network from Rain wifi, I then got a phone call that night. They told me that Rain is providing me with 11 mbps instead of 100 mbps and they will get a consultant to call me the following morning the 20th of June 2025. They never called me to rectify the policy. On the 25th they ran their debit order as per usual, I know have 3 mbps while I paid for 100 mbps unlimited wifi. This is so disappointing Rain doesn't care about its customers
