No service whatsoever! 🤬

Rain again! For some weird reason, when you log a ticket, no one bothers getting back to you, not even an email giving you a troubleshooting guide. What they will do, in rare cases, is send a technician, weeks later, when your router is then working. Have been without internet since 4pm yesterday. Nothing whatsoever from these pathetic so-called service providers. They can't even let clients know when the towers are down or something. Rain South Africa your service is ****!🖕🏾
