No service whatsoever

I have waited now for over a week for someone to contact me regarding my issue.

Issue1: I have a 5G router that keeps on loosing signal, even when I move it around to different locations.

Issue2: I have not been contacted by any of the Rain staff regarding this. I'm sure someone has seen my service request?

Issue3: I have received an email asking was my problem sorted and was Rain's service satisfactory. I would definitely say no.

So in conclusion I will have to sit with this product that cannot work for more than 2 minutes before loosing signal.

I really loved the product at the start but now I'm just paying for a product that absolutely irritates the life out of me.

Please contact me as I would love to get this problem sorted out as I need to work and study.
