No service to rate

One star rating is actually not even true because there is no service to rate. On the 25th July 2025 I asked that rain must cancel the internet subscription due to the fact that I dont have a option to cancell it on the portal. And with that Rain deducted 3 months subscription from my bank account. After the complaint numerous times there was told that they locked a ticket someone will phone me back. A month has passed nobody phoned me and onther payment went off. Definitely going to take this further.
