NO SERVICE SIMS WORST SERVICE

They are the worst i never realised my 2 sims have been out of service i sent em emails the rep**** tellin me to try the same thing of restarting my routers as if im at fault i used telkom sim on the same routers they worked both... Routers worked. With rain sims though No Service an advisor called Wayne K was clueless n said he will come back never did the following day Keith C another one emailed and told me to do the same thing clueless and never succeeded soo now im stuck with two sims i even suggested the simswap these sims with anothers mybe they were both deregistered frm rica coz when i googled sims not workin they said that might be the other problem.. And they did not see to support that. Rain has the worst service klaar.
