NO SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MY RAIN

I am absolutely furious with this pathetic service provider, due to constant internet connection issues & more off than on I phoned the past month, left several messages on their email address, unable to reach the call centre after holding on for almost half an hour only for the call to be dropped by a consultant whilst still talking, due to working from home I require full internet, not just every now & then, thus send messages to tell them due to continuous connection errors & no internet I had to cancel to join up with another provider that offers service, told them to collect their equipment, guess what they still deducted a debit order from my account yesterday ? My bank can't reverse the debit order & rain they simply don't answer any calls or messages, you are pathetic, I need a call back ASAP - ***
