No service or support - Rain

I have paid and ordered my Rain router. No delivery, no communication, no info. I enquired 4 times on the app and the AI support just sends a mail. I received a refund nr with the massage that somebody will contact me shortly. 4 enquiries and ref nr and nobody contacted me or no delivery nr to track. I have mailed and got a response that the support email is unattended. So what is the use of a support mail is it is not actioned. I phoned to see if I can get any answers and experienced the same non existing service. After 4 calls to get left hanging or being cut off and that no supervisor or team leader is available. I still have no answers or info as to my order.
