No service or network

Got my 5G router today and email to say my sim is working. No service, called them o sorry our towers are down in your area . That was 3hours ago and still now service. As I work from home and need it tomorrow how the hell am I suppose to work with no service because towers are down. As a first time user of Rain I will not continue using them or even recommend them as no service as promised. And yes it is available in my are.
