No service or hotspot and no customer service

Rain has to be one of the worse service providers. I signed up for their 24/7 package for R479. The coverage said Sabi River Sun was included as well as Kruger. This is a complete lie. I had no service at both locations and my sim did not work for hotspots. Basically I paid for a service that I have not received and could not use. This is the second time this has happened with Rain and I don't get any feedback or refunds from them. Their service is appalling!
