"NO SERVICE ON MY SIM" I NEED ASSISTANCE!
For over a week now my sim card says "No Service" I tried to call Rain and I've requested for a call back a nobody has gotten back to me or assisted me.
Why does my sim have no service? Has my number been deactivated or what?
Please I need someone to give me a call back ASAP! Your a good at taking my money every 25th of the money you should also be good at assisting and calling your customer back!

How does rain take our money but yet the customer service is horrific. Nobody has reached out to me to assist me, my sim card still says no service.
I'm not referring to the sim card inside the router.
I'm referring to the rainOne sim ard that comes with calls and data for 2 phones. The sim card written Sofia, has no service for over 2 weeks now.
I can't use the 2Gig data, can't make make calls or send messages. Has my number been deactivated?
Please can this be sorted ASAP!
