No service on 5G
It has been more than a week after I have received my 5G router and it still does not work nor have I heard anything from their support team after having contacted them on this issue.
They keep on signing up new users and delivering these devices yet their network cannot handle the load. Their 4G service is terrible as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

09 Apr 2020, 15:21I have been in contact with their support staff every day of this week. Each time they promise to get back to me but they never do. You cannot even cancel this product on their website. What a **** from Rain. Stay away!
