NO SERVICE. NO SUPPORT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH RAIN.

I have received pathetic "service" from rain. I received a SIM card, but I have never been online and I have never had service. I have spent countless hours on the phone chatting to Support, and no one has been able to help me. I was still billed for a service that was never received. All this time, I have spent hundreds of rands buying data on my personal SIM since I have been unable to use my so-called rain data SIM.
