NO SERVICE NO SUPPORT
I have been waiting to speak to an agent for 10 minutes and call ended because my airtime depleted, I logged a ticked an hour ago hoping for someone to call me back! Why is it so hard to get a hold of support? This is absolute nonsense.
I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone, it's so unfortunate that I don't have a choice.
