NO SERVICE, NO SUPPORT AND ALWAYS A PROBLEM

For weeks now, we have been experiencing slow to none connection. After attempting to contacting support, via email and all you receive is an email stating - "help is on the way" with none the wiser to any further support from them. After calling i finally got trough to 'Elsie'( I apologise if i got your name wrong) she informed me an email was sent that they are doing maintenance, big suprise - NO EMAIL OF SUCH RECEIVED. per reqeust awaiting for said email to be forwarded to me now. RAIN YOUR 'DEPARTMENTS' ARENT ALIGNING AT ALL NO TEAM WORK MORE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT BILLING AND SUPPORT ISSUES I HAVE EVER SEEN FROM ANY ISP !!!!NO MAN WE ARE PAYING OUR FULL AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICE YOU OFFER BUT WE DONT GET IT??? SORT OUT YOUR DEPARTMENTS AND PROVIDE US THE SERVICE PROMISED WORST I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS.
