No service, no signal, no assistance from Rain

No service from Rain for the past 5 days. Several tickets submitted, messages sent on FB and X, multiple phone calls at great expense as well as a visit to their offices (a two hour round trip). Previously when I called it would be to a South African call Centre - now it goes to an overseas call centre (they are basicly an answering service because they cannot solve anything!). Also, they used to have technicians that came out if there was an issue, beautiful offices that one could go to - it really seems there is a big problem at Rain. No resolution, no help! It's completely unacceptable! There is simply no way of getting any help! They give me another Sim which I told them was not the issue (and I was right) and just say there is no problem at the tower (which clearly there is because my neighbours are experiencing the same issue). Come on Rain, you used to be so much better than this! I have no choice but to cancel as I can't work without internet! Really, really bad!
