NO SERVICE, NO REFUND, NO HELP AT ALL!! USELESS COMPANY

I am appalled by this service, my sister set this up for me in Feb and checked the account and it said we had coverage. Then she paid for the unlimited package and helped me get rica'd etc. Then after that I had no network coverage and only after paying and activating the sim did the coverage map show that I do not have a tower that's close to me. We must have logged over 5 tickets in 2 days and nobody assisted us until I cancelled the sim on the 28th of Feb and they said the money would be refunded on the 1st. Today is the 2nd of March, I have no communication with regards to 1. Why they did not help me when I was active and sent tickets and 2. When will the money be refunded and why I am being charged for something I NEVER USED.

RAIN is nothing but a **** and this is why they do not have a contact number and you must log tickets, I am rather going to Telkom as they have better service and are contactable! my sister will also be cancelling her rain account and we will be spreading the word about such poor service so that you do not do this to other people!! its sickening.

JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
