No Service, No Refund, Keep Deducting Monthly Fee!!!

Rain, you cannot offer an inferior product to consumers and then have no customer service to speak of after taking money, that my friends would be considered ***** in anyones language. My service was canceled due to zero coverage, they were happy to collect the 5G router and keep deducting a monthly charge for the canceled service. Still awaiting a refund as well from the original payment they promised would be paid, at this point R1200 out of pocket due to this situation. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Will update this review on the next communication from Rain.
